PayOrPause is a buyer-side supplier payment-risk and import-cost review service operated by Expectation System Limited ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and order a review, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Order details you submit before checkout: your name, email, the supplier name or link, product description, quantity, destination city and country, and any optional notes or uploaded files (such as a quote, proforma invoice, screenshot, or product link).
• Contact form details: your name, email, an optional supplier link or product type, and your message.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of payment, the amount, and basic contact details, but we do not collect or store your full card number.
• Usage and attribution data: basic analytics and marketing attribution parameters (for example UTM tags and ad-click identifiers), your page URL, and browser information, used to understand where visitors come from.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare and deliver the report you ordered and to assign a case number.
• To contact you about your case, including delivery, clarification questions, and your optional report walkthrough.
• To process payments and apply upgrade credits.
• To respond to contact-form enquiries.
• To measure marketing performance and improve our service.

3. Service Providers We Share Data With

We share information only as needed to deliver the service, with providers such as:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Make (Integromat) — order intake automation.
• Google — order records storage (Google Sheets).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google, Microsoft, and Reddit) for conversion measurement.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain case details, uploaded files, the delivered report, and payment references for operational follow-up. You may ask us to remove sensitive uploads, and we will do so unless we need to retain them for accounting or dispute handling.

5. Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing procurement@expectationsystem.com. You can opt out of marketing cookies through your browser settings.

6. Security

We use reputable third-party platforms and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send bank passwords, platform passwords, card details outside Stripe, or private supplier account access through our website.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
